Strategy is completely integrated with Chairman, MI Plus’s flagship application, and Controller, MI Plus’s loan and deposit application. Strategy and Chairman use the same general ledger data, and when utilized together they help to paint a complete picture of the overall budget. Strategy’s components include balance sheets, income statements (summary and detailed) in your Chairman Board report format, and each of your interest-sensitive assets and liability types (loans, investments, deposits, and debt). It’s an easy-to-use model which allows what-if analysis for changes in interest rates, loan demand, mergers, major asset acquisitions, or any changes in your operation.
